What motivates you to be healthy? Being able to do the things that I enjoy like hunting, fishing, and hiking. I want to have the energy level for these activities.
What is one of your favorite healthy activities and/or recipes? Hunting since it allows me to explore the outdoors.
What advice would you give someone trying to be healthier? Find a routine. Going to the gym in the a.m. allows me to stay committed to exercising. It’s part of my daily routine.
