Get ready to kickoff hiking season with a FREE training session at the Peak! Trainer Beth Munsterteiger from The Peak Health and Wellness Center invites the public to learn moves to get in shape for hiking season, and for National Trails Day on June 3rd.

Beth will demonstrate specific exercises and stretching routines to prepare outdoor enthusiasts for the upcoming hiking season. As a member of Get Fit Great Falls, Beth knows the importance of physical conditioning and the demands required while on the trail. “With National Trails Day fast approaching, there is no time like the present to get yourself in shape for long days on the trail,” Munsterteiger says.
In addition to the training, Chris Leatham, owner of Bighorn Outdoor Specialists, will demonstrate some of the latest gear to lighten your load on the trail and ensure your travels are safe. Join the hiking crowd to pre-condition yourself for the months ahead and learn about the latest equipment before you hit the trails.
Munsterteiger encourages anyone with passion for the outdoors take part in this one-hour presentation, “You don’t have to be a Peak member to participate in this free presentation, everyone is welcome!”
