Stand on your right foot/leg, bending forward from the waist,
“bowing” and raise your left leg and extend it behind you.
Try to raise your left leg to be in line with your back.
Once you feel balanced, extend both arms out to the side as
if you were an airplane!
Hold this position for 5 seconds and alternate legs and repeat.
Alternate legs as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
Like the other Burst movements, try and complete this move as many times as you can during your work day.
