What motivates you to be healthy? Feeling good! When I work out and eat right, I feel better about myself. When I’m making unhealthy choices I don’t feel my best, I have less energy, and honestly, I don’t look my best 🙂
What is one of your favorite healthy activities and/or recipes? I like doing yoga! For food, I enjoy making everyday staples, but with a healthy twist. For example, last week I made ground turkey tacos with gluten free taco shells. Delish!
What advice would you give someone trying to be healthier?
Stay positive always! It’s gonna be hard, but it is so so worth it in the end. You have to have discipline to succeed.
